Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"We", "Us", "Our" refers to REEL CREATIONS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16570209).

"You", "Your" refers to the person or entity booking our services.

"Services" refers to the vehicle maintenance and repair services we provide.

"Vehicle" refers to the motor vehicle brought to us for service.

2. Service Description

2.1 We provide professional vehicle maintenance and repair services, including:

• Vehicle servicing (interim, full, and major)
• MOT testing
• Diagnostic assessments
• Mechanical repairs
• Electrical system repairs

2.2 All work is carried out by qualified technicians using appropriate tools and genuine or OEM-equivalent parts.

2.3 We will inform you of any additional work required before proceeding.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work and collection of the vehicle
• We accept payment via Stripe (card) or bank transfer
• All prices include VAT at 20%
• Estimates are valid for 30 days

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

• 24+ hours before appointment: Full cancellation, no charge
• Less than 24 hours: May be subject to a cancellation fee of £50

4.2 Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel, we will offer alternative dates or provide a full refund of any deposits paid.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

5.1 All parts supplied are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects.

5.2 Labour is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of service.

5.3 Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or neglect
• Parts not supplied by us

6. Liability

6.1 We maintain appropriate insurance cover for our business activities.

6.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

6.3 We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or defects in your vehicle.

7. Your Rights

As a consumer, you have statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
