How to Cancel or Reschedule

2. Confirmation
We'll confirm receipt and process your cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours.
3. Refund (if applicable)
Any refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event we must cancel your appointment:
- We'll contact you as soon as possible
- We'll offer priority rescheduling at your convenience
- No cancellation fees will apply to your rebooking
