Service Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any work we've carried out:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the service
  • We'll inspect the issue at no charge
  • If the work is found to be defective, we'll repair it free of charge
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we'll provide a full refund for that specific work

Parts and Labour Warranty

All parts carry a 12-month warranty against defects. All labour is guaranteed for 6 months. If a part fails or work needs redoing within these periods, we'll fix it at no charge.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund:

  • Diagnostic fees when no fault is found (this is a chargeable service)
  • MOT test fees (legally required fee paid to DVSA)
  • Parts that have been specially ordered and cannot be returned
